BACKGROUND
A. The undersigned is desirous of obtaining the Promising Information from the Prospected Business Owner.
B. The Prospected Business Owner will provide the Confidential Information to the undersigned on the terms of this deed.
C. The Prospected Business Owner has required the undersigned to execute this deed prior to providing Confidential Information.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The undersigned agrees to keep all information strictly confidential and use it only for the purpose of evaluating the proposed transaction.
